A bodyworker for over 16 years in the health and wellness industry, Audrey has earned the reputation of “The Organic Body Mechanic” among her clients and colleagues. She is a graduate of the School of Natural Therapy for Massage; she holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas; she holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology/Human Movement Science from A.T. Still University; and she has earned over 15 National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certifications in personal training, from prenatal all the way to senior fitness training. She is a licensed massage therapist and a Certified Kinesio Taping® (CKTP®) Practitioner. Audrey has extensive leadership tutoring ranging from participation in the Hugh O’Brian Youth Foundation (HOBY) and Life Time Fitness’ Leadership Awareness Course (LAC). She has served as an Assistant Personal Training Department Head for Life Time Fitness. Audrey has been a Teaching Assistant for 2009 World Massage Festival Keynote Speaker, James Waslaski, as well as CKTP® Assistant to Dr. Kenso Kase, the inventor of Kinesio Taping®, during The Running Event of 2013.
Audrey is the owner and practitioner of The Organic Body Mechanic, LLC. As a massage therapist and personal trainer, she specializes in injury prevention, post-injury recovery, and pain management by focusing on each individual’s suitable body balance. Each person has their own unique balance points. She works with a wide range of clientele from special needs and special populations to professional athletes. With her steadfast care and innovative techniques, her clients achieve their own personalized goals and have a life- transforming experience.
Audrey’s hobbies include golf, swimming, cycling, and rock climbing. Any excuse to be traveling or in the great outdoors makes her happy. In fact, her personal training and even massage sessions can be tailored for the outdoors upon request. The quality of Audrey’s sessions is so distinctly compassionate that her clients often consider her like family. Most of her referral business is typically within families or circles of friends. This systematic influence on each client’s social support often creates longer lasting, healthier lifestyle choices for more than just one person. Audrey’s mission for all clients is to improve their quality of life through movement education. Wellness anywhere and wellness for all is her approach!
